Property data — addresses, coordinates, property details, and photos you submit for analysis
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and analysis requests made

To manage your account and track your free/paid check quota
To improve the accuracy of our AI models
To send transactional emails (e.g. account verification) via Clerk

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage) hosted in India. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which is SOC 2 compliant. Property photos are stored securely and are only accessible to you.

6. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single cookie (plottruth_lang) to remember your language preference. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
